I have over the last few years had dealings with SFR Recruitment Solutions and in particular Matthew Robinson.
Matthew has recruited my last free area sales managers and have no hesitation in saying that this was carried out in a professional and timely manner.
Matthew and SFR Recruitment Solutions discussed with me the details of the job specification and job description, along with detailed discussions on what I was actually looking for. This is great help when looking for staff, as far too many agencies simply send candidates who they think are right for the job. An important factor when I look for a possible agency, with which to work.
The communication aspect of SFR Recruitment Solutions is in my opinion the most important area when looking for new staff. Matthew and the team did this in an extremely professional and timely manner, along with a negotiated cost, which when compare to other agencies is more than competitive.
