SFR Recruitment Solutions are an independent, Executive Search business located in Lincolnshire.

Our bespoke Recruitment and Head Hunting Solutions are focused specifically on the following product and their respective markets:

Ironmongery – (Architectural Hardware, Builders Hardware, Interior Fittings, Gate, Fence and Balustrades)

Doors – (Internal Doors, Automatic Doors, Security Doors and Fire Doors)

Access control – (Electronic Locking, Security and Entry Solution)

Door Hardware – (Door Furniture, Window Hardware and Accessories, Screws and Fixings, Tapes, Seals, Adhesives and Sealants)

We are not looking to reinvent the wheel, but we do want to set the standard. We are combining contingent and retained recruitment along with traditional head-hunting techniques with the benefits of modern technology to deliver a best in class experience for our customers – both employers and individuals alike. Jamie Smith – Director

I have always been very hardworking and dedicated to my work and previous businesses. I pride my self on customer satisfaction.

I’ve successfully ran my construction business for over ten years and I have always found recruiting the most difficult task. I know first hand how hard it is finding the right skill set and characters so I understand the work involved. I listen to clients and calm frustrations by tailoring a bespoke search to find the best talent that suits them.

Matthew Robinson – Director 

I’ve spent 11 exciting years within recruitment. I’ve sourced candidates for leading manufacturers in the fenestration and building products industry. I continue to work with some really great people who share the same values.

We set up SFR Recruitment Solutions almost 5 years ago and have been working alongside the ironmongery, door and access controls product sectors. We have seen an increase in businesses building teams to support growth areas such as electronic locking and access control solutions, and searching for specific skills and experience when recruiting.

Interestingly, I have come full circle really as my first ever placement was with an ironmongery business by the name of Basta Parsons, a business that was based in Northern Ireland. I recruited a northern area sales manager for them, but sadly they are no longer in business, however they are fondly remembered by many in the industry.

I continue to work with some really great people who share the same values. My style can be described as personable with a consultative aspect. SFR Recruitment Solutions offers a fresh approach to recruitment, furthermore our staff are very approachable and friendly, listening first to the needs of both clients and candidates.

I have spent the last 20 years serving the construction products, fenestration and architectural hardware sectors, and I hope that doesn’t make me sound old! I am delighted to join SFR who are a team of expert recruitment professionals who really understand the needs of a client, how to build that all important relationship, and make sure that the recruitment process is successful for all involved.
