SFR Recruitment Solutions are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within the technical products sector, seeking a French & German speaking Internal Sales & Account Developer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, close-knit sales office, where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing technical advice, and driving sales growth across both new and existing accounts.
The Role
· Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
· Provide technical advice, pricing and solutions to customers
· Follow up quotations and progress opportunities through to close
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
· Proactively contact clients to identify new opportunities and upcoming projects
· Support both new business development and account growth
· Analyse customer buying trends and manage pricing structures
· Administer enquiries through shared inboxes and allocate accordingly
· Prepare reports and support the wider sales team where required
About You
· Fluent in French and German (essential)
· Experience in an internal sales, customer service or sales support role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organisation
· Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently
· Positive, customer-focused approach with a desire to learn and develop
