The Role
You will be responsible for providing expert building surveying services, including condition surveys, defect diagnosis, project specifications, contract administration and project management. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest professional standards and in line with all relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Building surveys and condition assessments
- Defect analysis and remedial recommendations
- Preparation of specifications, costings and project programmes
- Contract administration and tender management
- Advising on building regulations and property legislation
- Feasibility studies and development projects
- Health & Safety guidance and compliance
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- RICS Accredited
- Relevant post-graduate surveying experience
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Additional Information
This is a site-based role with regular travel across projects and client locations. Working hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overnight stays and out-of-hours work where required.
