The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction contracts from inception through to completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
- Oversee project budgets, profitability and contract performance.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and resources across multiple sites.
- Lead and develop site teams.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and quality standards.
- Produce progress and financial reports for senior management.
- Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or senior operational manager within construction or a related sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
