SFR Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a successful and expanding construction organisation in Oxfordshire. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes.
  • Control project costs and financial performance.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate site resources, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Produce regular progress and performance reports.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience within construction, maintenance or a related sector.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management capability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

📍 Oxfordshire-based role with regular travel to project sites.

Contracts Manager – SFR532

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction contracts from inception through to completion.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
  • Oversee project budgets, profitability and contract performance.
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and resources across multiple sites.
  • Lead and develop site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and quality standards.
  • Produce progress and financial reports for senior management.
  • Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or senior operational manager within construction or a related sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

📍 Oxfordshire-based role with regular site travel.
