Digital Marketer – SFR412

Our client is an established and leading global brand of both mechanical and electrical locking solutions and door hardware products. Products designed for your safety and security.

The business is now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketer located in the West Midlands to look after the mechanical range of door hardware products that are supplied to the residential sector, this includes both B2B and B2C marketing.

What you would do as a Digital Marketing Specialist  

We are looking for a confident and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to use their impressive knowledge and experience to support building our brands across digital & social platforms to increase awareness, build brand loyalty and ultimately drive revenues through direct and indirect channels. 

You would also:

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver creative, effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, focused on growing audiences for our products and services within our B2B channels.
• Initiate, design, execute and manage digital interfaces including our brands’ websites, performance marketing, marketplaces and CRM.
• Support in the execution of new product launches, including the creation of product toolkits for internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
• Review brand messages and ensure consistency across advertising and campaigns.


The skills and experience you need 

We are looking for someone who has:
• minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing position.
• successful track record in marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
• experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• experience in managing website content: knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager would be advantageous. 
• strong project management skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Junior Estimator – SFR411

Junior Estimator

Our client is an Ironmongery and Door Hardware supplier, providing exquisite architectural hardware and fittings to some of London’s most luxurious properties.

Location: London, UK

Key Responsibilities: As a Junior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role working on projects for our prestigious clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Scheduling: Develop and manage project hardware schedules.

2. Estimating: Work closely with the project design and contractors to provide accurate and detailed project cost estimates.

3. Procurement: Help with procuring the package including managing bespoke items from manufacturing

Qualifications:

Quantity Surveying  

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Excellent customer service attitude.

Use of Microsoft Office 365.

Regional Sales Representative – SFR409

Main Duties:

Work with existing team to develop and bring to market, Our clients new DRP (Door Replacement Portal) system – build a scalable revenue stream from the ground up, primarily responsible for securing £2M Sales Revenue in 2024 and scaling up for securing £5M in 2025.

You can be located in the Midlands or North UK.

Key deliverables/responsibilities:

  • Book and hold face to face (or VC) meetings with existing and new clients to develop new leads, build opportunity and close orders to hit sales revenue targets.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to create and launch an impactful and powerful kick-off that has a driving force helping to fuel revenue growth, in line with the Executive Strategic Objectives.
  • To act as an internal client representative by working with internal business functions (e.g. estimating, marketing, and operations) to ensure they are supporting the revenue stream and organic growth of the sales pipeline continually.  
  • Continually report to the business through the Executive Sales Leadership Team, the performance and progress of the DRP Revenue Stream through data-led analysis and Key Performance Indicators. 

Essential knowledge / skills / experience:

  • Excellent research, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Use of Microsoft Office 365.
