The business is now looking for a Residential Merchandiser based in the West Midlands office to bring excellent customer service skills.

 

What would you do as our Residential Merchandiser

As our Residential Merchandiser you will provide a complete merchandising service to the company’s customers. As part of the role, you will act as the company ambassador maintaining close customer relations, managing the presentation of Residential products and marketing aids within customer stores. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role with a great team.

 

You Would Also:

Merchandise company products in customer stores according to planograms and complete tasks by specified deadlines.

Assemble display stands, install marketing materials, and report on potential customer orders.

Remove and return competitor stock as agreed, ensuring correct paperwork is completed.

Assist with setting up trade shows, customer events, and provide regular showroom visits to maintain product presentation.

Conduct product demonstrations and customer training as needed, while working closely with the Territory Sales Manager for full merchandising support.

What would you do as the Residential Merchandising Manager

As the Residential Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing the merchandising team to ensure the highest standards of product presentation, customer engagement, and brand representation within customer stores. Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer:

  • Liaising directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or occasionally face to face. · Responding promptly to customer enquiries, queries, · Providing help and advice on the company’s product ranges. · Supply pricing and delivery times. · After Sales support and registering customer complaints. · Sending quotations to customers electronically. · Follow up after quotations. · Maintaining records on the CRM.

Order Processing:

Administration:

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high security mechanical and electro-mechanical hardware and locking systems.

Due to continued success of the Western territory our client would like to recruit a Regional Sales manager.

Description

The successful candidate will be tasked to retain and develop business within the existing account base and find new and profitable business through direct supply, and via partners. Reporting directly to Sales Director he/she will be expected to identify business opportunities and develop long term relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop the existing regional accounts in the defined area, adding new prospects as appropriate to grow the business Network. The UK network consists of Locksmiths, Architectural Ironmongers, Security Installers, System Integrators and other Security Suppliers.


Develop and maintain the network of influencers in the region creating a ‘pull sales strategy’ within your regional and our national accounts.


Develop new business within end user clients within multiple sectors as identified. EG. Commercial, retail, health, education, industrial, government.


To presentations to Architects, Security Consultants and other interested bodies as required.
Work closely with the Sales Teams targeting end users to identify, qualify, negotiate and close new business.

Our Client : A market leading brand and manufacturer in the digital and mechanical locking industry.

A vacancy exists for a Regional Specification Manager (Ireland), reporting to the Commercial Director. This role will be based in Ireland.

The primary objective of this position is to:

  • To be responsible for the continued growth of sales revenue in the assigned area through driving end user specification and influence, and distribution channel management developing robust business relationships within general distribution, OEMs and System Integrators.


Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • To develop, co-ordinate, and grow sales of Digital Key systems / products / services marketed by the business, across the UK and Ireland.
  • Promote and sell software based solutions using a consultative approach towards integration, and the return on investment thereof.
  • Alongside senior management, develop and implement the commercial strategy for Digital Key systems.
  • Develop new business within end user clients within multiple sectors as identified e.g. commercial, retail, health, education, industrial, government.
  • Work closely with the sales teams targeting end users (regionally and vertically) to identify, qualify, negotiate and close new business.
