Trainee Regional Sales Manager – MR187

Security Products, Manchester, competitive salary (27-30k)

SFR Recruitment Solutions are very excited to being working on this exciting opportunity for Trainee Regional Sales Manager located near Manchester.

The Primary Objective

To learn and develop / prepare estimations for key clients and high value bids by gathering specifications, proposals, material costs and labour.

The role will include building relationships with clients whilst promoting business products and services to maximise sale opportunities.  Learning about the market place and understanding which customers are winning what work, to then develop business in the right way.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Learn about who the key customers are and develop relationships in conjunction with the major bids manager
  • Provide a quality and timely estimating service to customers based on their needs and budget
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Analyse drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare estimates
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and sales
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Feedback relevant sector or customer information the KAM within that sector, creating good communication path and understanding
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer’s business needs

Undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out and understand operation elements to ensure we provide the right solution.

Skills, Qualifications & Training:

Essential:

•             Good working level of ICT skills on applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook

•             Full UK driving license

•             Sales qualification

Desirable:

•             Degree educated in relevant area
