Customer Service Coordinator – SFR452

SFR Recruitment Solutions are supporting a very good client of ours based in the west midlands and a leader in the lock and security manufacturing industry.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer:

  • Liaising directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or occasionally face to face. · Responding promptly to customer enquiries, queries, · Providing help and advice on the company’s product ranges. · Supply pricing and delivery times. · After Sales support and registering customer complaints. · Sending quotations to customers electronically. · Follow up after quotations. · Maintaining records on the CRM.

Order Processing:

  • Processing orders from customers. · Sending order confirmations. · Communicating and coordinating with internal departments – production, quality, marketing and logistics.

Administration:

  • Support the regional Sales Managers, pricing, samples, and historical orders. · Managing customer accounts · New account applications · Master Key Calculation / DOM XL · Processing Master Key documents within production · Supporting the sales team in the specification and design of MK systems · Completing the complaints database · Archiving.

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week.

8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday.

  • Drive sales by providing solutions to end-customers
  • Support and expand the regional network of installers
  • Identify, develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key customer contacts to deliver business growth and increased market share
  • Develop sales plans that support objectives for sales, market-share and competitive account penetration
  • Participate in trade shows and industry associations

Sales Order Processor – Tipton – JS244

Our client is a designer and manufacturer Door hardware and locking solutions, supplying to product to the Locksmiths and Door manufacturing industry.

A Sales Order Processor is required to join the growing team and we are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service and account management. This is an administration role, you will be asked to input data and customer orders and this requires great attention to detail.

Working as part of our team towards sales targets the role will involve:

– Making outbound calls to customers and prospects

– Building relationships, providing a high quality of service and identifying sales opportunities.

– Dealing with phone and email enquiries, following up opportunities through to point of sale.

– Accurately processing orders within a timely and efficient manner.

– General office administration duties.

This position would suit a proactive, committed, and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn an exciting new portfolio whilst maintaining and continually expanding product knowledge. Reliable and punctual, sales driven, friendly, confident with good communication and written skills, with experience working within a similar role.
