Regional Sales Manager – SFR431

Key Tasks:

Covering Scotland & Cumbria.

• Communicate with existing customers to ensure opportunities to quote and secure

contracts.

• Use Sales Database to track and contact existing and potential customers. Use other

resources i.e. internet, trade journals etc with a view to potential future business.

• Locate and target new markets for our products.

• Plan and prioritise activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed

business aims, including costs and sales.

• Plan and manage agreed territory according to an agreed market development strategy.

• Manage product pricing and margins according to agreed aims.

• Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant

information held in these systems.

• Respond to and follow up Sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and

information.

• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to

facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other

company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

• Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

Key Requirements for Role:

• Full, clean driving license.

• A good standard of Maths and English.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.

Person Specification:

• Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Ideally familiarity with door manufacturing and hardware.

• Familiarity with modern manufacturing techniques.

• Professional demeanour.

• Self-motivated.

• A resilient nature.

Product Manager – SFR430

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our client located in the West Midlands.

The Company

The Role

You would develop, implement, manage, and drive to completion the agreed product range strategies, in order to achieve market share, sales turnover and margin objectives across a variety of residential products.

  • Be responsible for strategic development of the product category for relevant markets and for identification of market gaps, key value chain drivers, trends and customer profit potential.
  • Support and drive product sales through proactive activities to support the field based commercial team.
  • Create and sponsor generation plans to drive NPI and product lifecycles.
  • Full and coherent understanding of competitors products and positioning in the market.
  • Be responsible for overall management and co-ordination of New Product Development programs on time and to budget.
  • Be responsible for full commercialization of new product launches and be proactive member of the Innovation Team.
